Hi IBS group. I am usually on the A/P forum, but saw a recent article and thought of you guys. According to Reader's Digest, in a recent study, people who jotted down their thoughts, beliefs and feelings related to their IBS found it helpful in relieving their symptoms. Just doing this for 30 min./day for four days made a significant improvement. I guess we at the forums already know that doing this helps-that's why were here after all...but it is reassuring to read about
