Thank you for your response. I really needed some insight on foods. Reading labels is a daunting task, but now I have to look for more than just calories, fat and sodium content!
I've already quit the caffeine. I am now a slug in the morning without my coffee....but that will clear up, I'm sure. The other items you mentioned are things that have been a large part of my diet ...... time to clean the cupboards! It's really hard not to have those type of things when you have a family...and when you fall a little short on willpower......much better to say no, than to say yes and pay for it later..
