Go to a real gi doctor, find a different one then the last one, like every profession there are good ones and bad ones.
Get a colonoscopy.
There are stool tests for inflammation.
Blood work test. This can also show inflammation.
It kind of sounds like the ulcers are acting up.
Did they put you on ulcer meds?
It is really important to see a real doctor as soon as you can, don't mess around.
