Ive had IBS since i was about 14, I have never had any problems with eating any foods, until recently...
I can no longer eat cheese, eggs and chocolate. Is it normal to suddenly not beable to eat certain foods??
I am taking 2 different tablets for my IBS, which are really good, but when I eat 1 of those foods, its like I havent taken my tablets.
I am a 23yo woman from the UK, my husband is my main carer.
