Over the last couple of months I have taken my walk the first thing in morning because I live in Phoenix. Example: In July I get up at 4:30 AM get out of the house to walk my dog ASAP before the heat sets in and it's already 90 degrees. When I come back from my walk I have a hard time taking a poop. I drink a pint of friut smoothie before my walk for energy. Come back drink water, then drink prune juice with a tablespoon of flaxseed oil and then 30 minutes later I just poop little balls of poop. So I'm thinking am I suppose to take a crap before my walk and does my walk just pack me so it's hard to take my morning poop?
