im now on my 2nd day of having a burning when i make stool.

it burns like im sitting on a chili pepper, i dont and havn't eaten spicy food.
its been a yellow color and its been really watery. also notices the bigger stools are real fluffy

and for some reason my shoulder is killing me can barley move my right arm without it killing me. maybe i slept wrong,
but i noticed it all started at the same time

im afraid to use the restroom because i know how bad it will hurt almost makes me want to cry.

i have been eating but at times wish i didn't

i had problems a few moths ago with something like this and constipation which led to hemorrhoids .
it was never burning this bad though.

anyone know what this can be

What exactly are you eating and is there any pattern between eating and your episodes of diarrhea?

Hemmorhoids do not cause yellow diarrhrea, although an external hemmorhoid can cause a great deal of pain. Do you have your gallbladder intact? Some of us without our gallbladders have difficulty upon eating fatty foods, it can cause the liver to secrete bile, which will cause the yellow bile diarrhea that burns.

no it just happens. but usually a few minites after i eat anything i need to go make stool.
i dont eat fast food. I eat alot of pasta. wheat, and grains, not too much dairy (im sure enough but not over doing it.

and they are external hemmorhoids but i havent had them in a couple months.

im pretty sure my gallblatter is intact that would be a medical procedure right. its not something that can just happen?

i was told at one point i might have had ulcers. but nothing was ever done about it.

liquids seem to go right through me faster that foods but not through urine.
also woke up this morning real dehydrated.

i have been able to pass gas without accidents but usually i cant pass any gas or the diarrhea comes with it.

havnt used restroom or eaten today in fear of using the toilet.

it seems like if im not constpated i have diarrhea with occasional regular stools.
i have not had hemmorhoids these past few days with the burning. just burning diarrhea.

in short there is a pattern, eat wait a few minutes then use the rest room in pain. then my stomach bubbles and growls and restroom again within 30-45 minutes.same with liquids ony alot faster.

im going to eat and do everything normal and ill update on how i feel and what happened.in the next few hours.

thank you for your response

i was able to make stool. it wasn't diarrhea but i noticed the stools were steel really fluffy and when i flush it breaks to a million pieces, i had a small burn but not nearly as bad as before.

i think its only because iam so dehydrated
will keep posting

Maybe go to your GP?

I had yellow burning d before and it was partially to do with fecal impaction.

No, you would need surgery to remove your gallbladder. When I hear someone speak of yellow bile diarrhea, I think of post op gallbladder surgery, sorry.

It's a good idea to drink a Vitamin/Mineral Water or Gatorade when you are having many episodes of diarrhea, it does help to replace the electrolytes and also plain water can irritate the stomach during episodes of diarrhea.

I hope you are feeling better and if the burning diarrhea continues any longer, you should probably get it checked out, preferably by a Gastroenterologist, but you may need a referral from your Primary Care Provider first.

Hey emordnys,

I just wanted to let you know that right side shoulder pain is common with digestive issues. The digestive system correlates with the right side of our body, and I notice that when I'm constipated or even have diarrhea I get a pain in my right shoulder, sometimes down to the arm.

Rubbing out the spot and any tender points along your arm and even down to your leg will help relieve a bit of the pain, even if it hurts at first. Also rubbing above the collarbone will alleviate some of the shoulder pain. It's not instant, but if you keep at it the muscles will start to relax and stop aching so badly. If it hurts too much to rub, try just pressing into tender spots for a minute or so and follow them along your arm/side/leg.

You might also want to test if the spot below the center of your ribcage (right below the sternum) is tender. If that spot is tender or even painful to the touch, it really messes up digestion. Try pressing in and down with two fingers at least three times --it's much easier to get someone else to help if you can, but it IS painful and will be sore for a while. There are a lot of digestion spots that correlate to tenderness in our limbs or other areas, and rubbing them out or holding them for a bit is almost like what acupuncture does to relieve the build-up there. I don't want to get all hippie dippy about it, but I've definitely noticed a difference when I rub out tender spots (especially the one below my sternum) with my digestive system.

Hope this helps! Also considering that you've got burning diarrhea again, I would suggest seeing your doctor about it. If nothing else they can at least give you something to stop the diarrhea. Also, coconut water (while sort of weird tasting) is really great for hydration.

--Best wishes,
Em

I would think a low residue diet would help when this is happening to those with their gall bladders. You want foods to zip thru your colon causing very little irritation as they travel thru. What would these foods be?

- white rice
- cottage cheese
- instant mashed potatoes (instead of ones from scratch)
- white bread, bagels, english muffins
- plain cereals such as cheerios, corn flakes, special K
- plain roasted chicken or turkey
- white fish
- plain yogurt
- bananas
- applesauce

Avoid, whole wheat products, fresh produce such as berries, peaches, corn, etc.

Hi

I wat to recommend this blog http://homehemroidsurgery.com
It is about hemorrhoids disease but the product reviewed also focuses on constipation, diarrhea because they cause hemorrhoids so authors of a book fro the last post (review) also tell how to get rid of these things :)
