Hi Jaden, and I hope you will excuse me for intruding into your forum. I don't have IBS but I am lactose intolerant. I'm now on a totally soft diet due to severe gastroparesis, but prior to that was able to find lactose free foods via vegetarian/vegan links online. There are some lovely vegan cheeses and chocolates available - and of course you can eat these safe in the knowledge that they are completely dairy-free, not just lactose free. There are a lot of things out there - right down to cheese sauces, cans of whipped cream, condensed milk. I'm not sure where in the world you are (I'm in Australia) but some examples are Chocolate
