I on occasion have some discomfort in my gut and sometimes even a little nausea after, on the rare occasion, I have a solid "normal" bowel movement. It has been going on for some time but only just now thought about asking if anyone ever has this happen.

The sensation only lasts for a few minutes up to an hour sometimes. I have NO idea as to why this happens and why it seems to happen mostly on a "good" day.

My specialist told me that I would be more prone to nausea because I had IBS.
I don't know if that's the same with everyone, but I found it to be quite true. Like after having a lot of D, if feel very delicate and queasy. In car rides, I always have to look at the road. Even watching some video games made me sick. I wasn't always like that...so I found it hard to adjust. meh.
I would have to lie down for about forty minutes afterwards until my body calms down.
But from what it sounds like, there's no cause or prompting to your nausea which is slightly odd. I'd check with my doctor if I were you.
