Hey guys, recently i have been feeling really mentally ill. Dizzy spells where i need to sit down (drinking water helps) lightheaded all day which is annoying because if i call a sicky of work i just wanna sleep but its impossible! we all know that feeling! if i turn my head to quickly i feel nausea & when i work out its just the worst! BM wise i'm fine but i always get like i might have more feeling for about 30minutes after. i have no sharp or dull stomach pains, no bloating, no gas just my head. what to do? recently i have been eating alot to get bigger as in protein shakes and that so i'm eating! not malnutrition.. help!
