Just to answer you question about
foods, yes, there are some foods that can make constipation worse, even coffee sometimes and caffeine, even though this is counter-intuitive and sometimes can cause diarrhea in some people. But the effect of caffeine on your nervous system is to increase your sympathetic nervous system, which decreases gut motility and can lead to constipation.
So, cutting out caffeine for a trial period of ideally 10 days is very good idea;)

Right now i am taking peri-colace but wanted to know if anyone knows food to stay away from any food that actually helps, any drinks, vitamins etc.
I tried fiber, prunes, probiotics and prebiotics and they don't work.
