Have you tried eliminating wheat (gluten) and/or yeast foods? Both of those, as well as dairy, are triggers for me now, even though for many years they were "safe" foods. May take a few weeks before you can tell the difference. Have you taken antibiotics before? Do you eat/drink products with artificial sweeteners?...sucralose (Splenda), acesulfame K, aspartame...?
