Does anyone have tips on how to exercise with digestive problems? I have nausea, stomach pain, bloating, and constipation and all of these things haven't made me feel like exercising for quite a while. I've been feeling a bit better lately with a PPI, stool softener, and changes in diet, so I want to start working out again. I tried running tonight like I would normally do but found the nausea getting worse and had to stop. I did it a few hours after dinner so maybe that was part of the issue. Any suggestions?
