Hmmm... I haven't heard about
the connection between the gut and skin. I do, however, know that what
we eat has an impact. I don't have bad skin. Like dbab, I only breakout every now and then, and usually around the time of the month or when I have eaten a lot of junk (sweets, fried foods, etc.). I do have sensitive skin though... but I don't think that is the same. ???
