Good luck Softy! I had the camera pill a few months ago. Make sure to follow a clear liquid diet the day before; I ended up with "residual vegetable matter" that obscured a few portions of my intestine and you want to be as squeaky clean as possible! It's the size of a vitamin pill so the risk of obstruction is extremely low, especially if you've already had a small bowel series showing no abnormalities. What other tests have you had done so far?f
You swallow the pill as it's blinking (it's very bizarre) and you end up wearing this big vest-like thing that makes you look like the Unibomber so I wouldn't recommend going to work unless you want to answer endless questions all day. You can eat four hours after slurping it down and will probably poop it out within a couple of days (same day if you're a "fast runner" like me!).
