You guys ought to appreciate my newest research.

I got up Saturday morning and weighed myself.  153.  Geez... that means I gained 2 pounds over the course of the week; overate the weekend before at our party.

Then I decided it was time for my "morning constitutional".  Then, out of curiosity, I decide to weigh again.  151.8 pounds.  Which means that 1) I only gained .8 pounds from last weekend which isn't TOO bad, and 2) a normal-sized bowel movement weighs 1.2 pounds (although some of that weight may have been from urine as well).  So, if you're looking to your weight, weigh yourself AFTER your morning trip to the bathroom, else you may suddenly be a lot heavier than usual.

Normal people produce about an ounce of poop a day per 12 lbs of their body weight. Don't even ask me how I know that LOL

Seriously, dudes...one minute I'll weigh 152, the next I'll be down to 149 if it's a garden hose day!  Also, if I get IV fluids, I'll be a porker again until the diarrhea commences.  How much do 3 liters of water weigh?

Another reason why I made a point to put "normal" on that post... nobody with IBS is normal. :)
