I have GERD and IBS and yes juggling them is a challenge. I have found that I am able to eat certain cooked veggies such as green beans and zucchini. Most of my diet is chicken (i should have feathers!) some potatoes and jasmine rice so I do not waste away, pumpkin, gluten free English muffin with vegan butter (earth balance), minimal low fodmap cheese (cheddar, Parmesan), gluten free brown rice pasta, olive oil, sesame oil and almond oils. Almonds, coconut. Spices only tai basil, oregano, cinnamon, parsley. I am going to try egg whites again. I can't tolerate fruits. That is sad for me. I can also eat almond ice cream.soy ice cream, vegan cream cheese (moderation and mostly in baking). I am still in pain but I can't think of anything else to avoid because these include non GERD triggers as well as Low Fodmaps food. I think Stress play a role for me.
