Hey guys! I was just wondering, after FIVE DAYS WITHOUT DIARRHEA (very significant after a year of chronic diarrhea with maybe 2-3 days, at most, between garden hose episodes), if it's the probiotics doing me so much good. When you started taking them, did you find that your poos were more formed, or that you went less often, or both? How long did it take for them to start making a noticeable difference in your poos?
I'm just trying to establish a pattern. Wondering if it's a compound effect. For instance, it takes some SSRIs about 4-5 weeks to build up in your system enough to make symptoms of depression less noticeable - are these probiotics the same way? I'm also taking lots of fiber supplements which may be contributing as well. Over the past five days I've gone 12 times and they've all been formed. Woah!
