Ok I have the same symptoms. Instead of writing what I experienced first, I'd rather ask what foods were consumed the day of our attacks.
I'm trying to find a correlation or connection here. Today I had the attack and I ate like normal. I'm trying to stay away from gluten cause I think that may be the culprit but now I'm not even sure that's it.
Ok these were the food items I had before attack:
Normal breakfast eggs and gluten free toast with butter
(Tried a new Apple jelly from a farmers market. ..has fujii apples, pectin, cane and tumeric) maybe this caused attack??? Not sure.
Had two slices of gluten free bread with 5 day old ham and a cup of coffee with hazelnut creamer from nestle for lunch.
Right before dinner I felt a bit uneasy in my tummy but didn't think much of it. I ate pollo tropical tropi-chop with cilantro garlic and a coke. Usually never get sick from eating here ever. The sauce was not cold...I think room temperature? Could have been bad?
30 minutes later ...major distension...looked 9 months prego.....tightning feeling in the middle above my navel. Cramping pains and feelings of wanting to have a bowel movement. Pains are now at their worse causing me to pass out on floor. Now I feel like puking but I don't want too because I'm afraid of my heart stopping. I'm breathing heavy and laying down on bathroom floor on left side. Start to pass out a little. Force myself to vomit a little. Starting to feel much better but after 15 minutes.
I've done all test....I worked at a hospital so imagine. All negative except some gastritis.
Ok people...please share what you ate and what happened. Maybe we can find a connection :) help one another out and see what is the common factor.
