Hey guys. Ok, so for the past few days, ive been feeling a little off. Nothing really hurts, just feelin a little weird all over. So today, I had D after every meal (about 15-30 minutes after, and it was the same amount of time after ever meal) and it started with horrible gurgling and cramps with a little nausea then a feeling like i was SO not gonna make it..and then when I finally made it, I couldnt barely go. Like, it was like really constipated diarrhea. So im like what the heck is this?! I had to come home from school early because I didnt want to have to leave class and the kids in my class being like what is she DOING? lol anyway I just ate some yogurt and had D again..thought the yogurt would help guess not...ahh i just dont know what this issss.

(((HUGS, blondie)))  I am yuck today too.

If you are feeling off all over it may just be a bug (like me sad ).  Try eating light and healthy and get lots of rest.  You may want to take some probiotics to help with the D and to help combat the bug.  Make sure to stay hydrated.

Could you be lactose intolerant?

Hugs to you too! Us sickies haha.
Yeah i take probiotics daily and those are my lifesavers i would be soo much worse without them..but yeah im allergic to cows milk but im not lactose intolerant. weird, huh? Ive also thought about a very minor gluten intolerance or a yeast overgrowth in my intestines. Im just sick of it AHHH!! I need to go to the doctor but my parents like, dont want to take me. :/
