B, I don't want to jinx myself, but things are good for the moment with the gut, lol. It's unbelievable how crohns can affect a person.
Yes, there very much is a connection between the brain & the gut. I know with my own self & others. If a really stressful situation comes up, the gut simply goes haywire for days. I had to learn how to deal with stress much better than what I had before. I am the type that can deal with the situation, but once whatever is under control, that's when I take a nose dive.
In all honesty, you need to clean up your diet. Keep a diary to see what foods kick in the diarrhea as an example. If you will do this, in time it will become a habit.
I am glad the anxiety is improving. Keep working on it. In the Depression forum here at HW, one of the mods has a post titled Panic Attack Skills. Check it out, it's on page 1. I had a friend tell me once, don't let worrying about
tomorrow take away your today. Makes more sense than I realized.
If I remember correctly, you have a new baby. Enjoy both of your kids, they grow up way too fast. No apology needed, HW is friendly site with a lot of people that understand.
