Hello I just came across this in a search as I too experience some form of acidic burning. Many times I find I pass gas and then acidic leakage causes burning. I will go back though to where it all began with me. I used to drink alot of soda, pepsi, coke. But then I started getting really bad intestinal cramping and bouts of Diarrhea.. I finally realized the pattern something in the soda was making this far worse so I quit all soda and experienced a dramatic improvement. But I still have some acidic burning even without going #2.. So I have begun looking at other things I am taking in like Milk and Wheat cereal. I am in the process of trying to figure this out. I did a test, I quit eating wheat cereal for a week. And also stopped milk as well.. And I found all acid stopped. I think I may be onto something either it is the wheat or the milk or both.. I could be experiencing some form of allergic reaction. Oh, I want to mention I also have experienced a bloated belly/intestines. I noticed though when I quit wheat chex cereal/milk.. The stomach also went down. Sometimes things are quite obvious but tend to look for deep mysterious reasons.. To me cream is not the answer we must find the root causes so as to protect our intestines.. If not in time cancers can develop. That is why I am taking this serious. Maybe they are messing with foods too much and we are affected.. I don't know.. But either way its best to find the cause and eliminate it. I will do more experimenting and see what works for me.

I realize we are all different and what hurts me might not hurt you. But it could also be that what hurts me might also be hurting you. If you eat cereals in particular wheat, and use milk, try stopping both and see if you get relief..

I have a tip for everyone who is posting here. this is something that is SOLID and everyone should check at part of the solution for problems. This helps 50% of my issues. i use more specific elements for specific problems.

1. Buy PH test strips. Check your urine. You can also check your mouth PH. Thic can help draw a picture for you. If your body is high acid, it can cause MANY problems and chain reaction of problems. Here is a sample of test strips. i actuall used this one and found it user friendly and lasted a long time.

AlkaMax pH test papers. its a plastic roll with tear off strips. it comes in a little box. i found it accurate and more sensitive than others i tried.

2. Options to balance body PH. Drink High alkaline water, You can make some by adding a lil baking soda. You can also buy products made to lower body acid. Here is one that I took and it works well. I bought this in a kit when i bought the test strips. AlkaMax Alkaline Booster. It worked well ! Hek, I felt better whenin a couple hrs of taking it. However, After my surgery, it took a while to get my PH right. My body was in shock, however, The Alkaline Booster Helped.

Note: My body acid went super low, like 5.5 when my gal stone got stuck in the cystic duct. I had gal stone and bladder removed.

P.S. You can use the test strips to test high alkiline water. some water you buy claims 9.0 ph etc. i tested with the strips and it was really like 7.5 I did manage to find some true 9.0 ph water. i took it home, tested it BAM, 9.0 with the test strips. IF you get some High alkaline water, start off slowly. dont gulp down 1/2 gallon too fast. it might make you a lil sick feeling if you drink too much too fast. however, after a day. i felt overall better! less bloating, my body ph was getting better.
