Sorry to hear you got the bug, Blondie...those are never fun. I would say for today, just drink tons of fluids - diluted Gatorade (diluted because the sugar can sometimes make the D worse), chicken broth, semi-flat ginger ale, etc. Don't eat for several more hours! When you've stopped puking for sure, go for dry toast, rice, or bananas; just a little at a time. And sleep; nothing beats it! Hope you're feeling better soon.
