I moved to UK a year ago and since then the sympthoms have started:
Not only I've put on a lot of weight because of the diet change but I started to have a lot of gas and my number 2s were smelling a lot.
The gas are happenning mainly during the evenings, nights and mornings and I do have diahrea sometimes but not always.
I finally had the courage to go to my doctor this morning explaining all this uncomfortable problems and he told me I had IBS...
He gave me some pills made of peppermint oil to take 3 times a day for 2 weeks. Does it really work?
Do you have any other advice for me to follow?
I have a very stressful life and very little time to cook or to exercise...which I know could help but I really can't change my way of life that easily as I am self employed...
