I think that if carbs give you a big problem than go for it. The problem with IBS is there is no ONE diet for all. Some people can only eat white rice mostly so the low carb wouldn't be good for them. It's really all about
your triggers. Just make sure that you are getting all of your vitamins and minerals somehow and if it works for your gut, then its all worth it.
