I'm in the same boat as you. I don't get it! Yesterday morning I had a bagel w/ cream cheese (my usual), soup for lunch, and then for dinner I had a healthy meal at a Japanese place (soup, salad, shrimp, rice) and today I woke up at 4am with D and I still feel just so full.
It doesn't make sense. Wish I could help but I'm afraid this is what "IBS" is all about
