Can you take too many fiber supplements in a day?   If you do, what happens?

Yes! I'm not sure you can officially OD - But you will get bloated, gassy, nauseous and probably have D.
The 1st time I took fiber I took a full dose (2 pills) and was up all night with D, gas, bloating, rumblings, nausea, etc. It was hell on earth. I don't recommend starting with a normal sized dose.

I'm taking All One Totally Fiber as well as FiberCon. The Totally Fiber has to be refrigerated and is a powder that you sprinkle on food, and the FiberCon is a tablet for when I'm away from home. Having good luck with both.

I tried fibercon a couple years ago........I felt "yuck" from it, but I did not give myself a chance. I should of started out slowly and I went full force.
