Ive been using it twice a day for a cdouple of weeks and I think it helps.
I was wondering if should get between 20-30 grams of fiber a day, How could just 2 grams two times a day of this stuff be much help? Wouldnt having a very small bowl of cerial (Raison bran or Fiber one) in the morning and eavning give you a but load more fiber? Wouldnt that be more benifical than just the two grams you get with the Citrical?
The stuff is kinda costly two.......
