You would just do a little at a time. You ideally want to work yourself up to about
30 grams which is the RDV (you also get most of that from food so don't think 30 grams of supplements) however you will be miserable if you did that all at once. I have heard people that get relief from benefiber. I personally never tried it. I take the Metamucil supplements however fiber is fiber any way you can get it.
