Gas-x seems to be the only thing that relieves my bloating. Are you eating a lot of foods that could be causing you trapped gas?

I, too, am trying to figure out what bloats me. I just read that fennel tea is supposed to be really good for it, so I just drank some. I'll let you know if it works. I think you're supposed to drink it on a regular basis to avoid the bloating, rather than it taking it away. I sure which we had pressure relief valves somewhere in the middle of our GI tracts! Having gas probably doesn't sound like much to worry about to some people........but most of us here know that it can be AWFUL!
I use Gas X too. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

i also have bad bloating,  my belly get huge, i even had to go up a pants size ,  i wonder if you can somehow just take the stuff out of the fennel tea bag and chase it with some water, would be easier for me then drinking the tea everyday, or does anyone know is theres a funnel supplement ?  Let me know if fennel has helped anyone.

There is a good combination peppermint, fennel and ginger capsules on another website. It did help me with a little but I have acid problems and peppermint is not good for that and it made the gas worse so had to stop taking it. Too much gas from the acid.

Pop one Dulcolax once in a while except before nigth time. This stuff WORKS!

The problem is you have to take a break every other days as the effect wear off.

Franky, I do that when things get really bad and when I am constipated. If I were to take 2 or 3 like they say it would really do me in the next day but I take it before bed and then have a good night and never have to rush the next day. I know it is a stimulant laxative but by taking one I avoid the problem. I only take maybe one a week if that. Phazme works well or the store brand 166mg Simethcone but the Dulcolax does get it all moving and has never made me get up.
