Hi all,

I saw this as a supposedly good preventative treatment for gas.  Anyone ever try it?  I had some fennel seeds, so I made some.  We'll see if it works.

Definitely let us know Cathy!!! It seems like gas and bloating have been a hot topic lately and anything new that may work or give us hope is a plus :)

I drink fennel, mint and/or camomile on a daily basis (one or the other - I like variety). I think it helps suppress the bloat, not necessarily prevent or get rid of it.
How did it work for you?

THanks Des and Lil,
Well, I can't say for sure how it did....but it didn't get any worse after the bloating started up......so that's a good thing. I was also a little afraid to use too much fennel, so I only used half of a tablespoon. Next time I'll try more. Plus.....the fennel I have is pretty old, so I probably should buy some new stuff.
It would be great to find herbal solutions! I'll keep you posted.
