Im so frustrated with my stupid intestines. I was doing sooo well for about a month (NORMAL bowel movements, minimal gas, no pain, could eat mostly whatever i wanted) and now, its back worse than ever. Diarrhea at least twice or three times a day, with severe burning (like I have hemmroids or something..lovely.) and horrible stabbing gas pains. I know I sound like a wimp compared to you guys, because I have it easy compared to alot of you guys, and I'm really lucky to only have it as bad as I do. Its just really hard to see other teens my age eating junk food and not having to plan activities around eating and when after a meal i'll have to go camp out in the bathroom. Its like immediatly after I eat, I have diarrhea. So that nixes any dinner/lunch outings or snacking at parties or at school after breakfast and lunch its even harder. I'm just so frustrated with my body not working the way its supposed to. Sorry for my already sensitive cuz of my wonderful week of joy...and this makes it worse. Thanks for being here, guys...your the only ones who understand.

Vent away blondie!!! We are here for you. :)

I had IBS since I was 14 so I know exactly how you feel. I used to go all day without eating a thing and eat dinner and sit on the toilet for hours in the middle of the night. I did that for years. It was horrible so I know how horrible it is for you.

(((HUGS))) to you blondie... you do have a great attitude and you seem like a really strong person, don't let this bring you down too much.

hey blondie,

yeh i've had ibs since the last year of school when i was 16 (I'm 22 now), I have to say one of the worst things for me is watching all my friends doing 'normal' things like eating crappy food and not having to pay afterwards for the privalege! Plus i haven't been away from home for more than a few nights for over 3 and a half years because i don't feel comforatable spending time away with my ibs ... sad

Still, like you say a lot of people on here have it much worse tha the likes of us and at least we have somewhere to vent! :-)
