No, we didn't go dancing - Adam got groggy in the evening after a nap and wasn't up for it. Which is probably a good thing, because we had a very busy day today. We and some friends of ours traveled about
70 miles north to a place called Hatcher's Pass, which is one of the most beautiful areas in Alaska, and went on a 6-mile hike through the snow. It was a stunningly clear day, about
40 degrees (perfect!). Kind of deep at the end of the hike - should have had snowshoes, as we sank in at times up to our hips! It was invigorating and I didn't even have to stop to hunch over for a "letting" episode

. Then we ate at a pub in the mountains, had a couple beers, and came home. I am browned from the sun and happily exhausted. I can't believe I have to go back to work tomorrow. Good gravy...
