Okay..is it possible to have random bile D? Or is it always triggered by a food? Because I had a normal bowel movement (NORMAL, did you hear that?! It was amazing!) and then after eating dinner, I had the gurgling sensation and rushed to the bathroom to have one of my wonderful bouts of bile D. I really havent eaten anything today that would have caused a bile dump i dont think..unless im missing like a big food that was like DUH moment haha here's what ive eaten today: rice Chex cereal, orange juice, strawberries, about 1/8 of a cup of mexican chicken soup because i tasted it and it was nasty, ew, lol, two pieces of bread, 1/2 cup of fiber one cereal, 8 ounces of Crystal Light drink, penne pasta with andoulle sausage in marinara, peas, tea, and a brownie. The brownie has fat, but its homemade from my mom and I always tolerate her desserts easily because she uses all natural ingredients, etc. The crystal light has aspartame in it so im thinking maybe that did it? Im just so frustrated! ahh!

Sausage and OJ both do me in. Sausage especially... I have D for sure.
Are you keeping a food diary?

It's also not necessarily what you ate today that gave you today's diarrhea.  Usually it takes 24-48 hours to eliminate what you've eaten.  Think about what you've eaten over the past couple of days, not just today.

Doesn't Crystal Light have sorbitol in it?  Those sugar alcohols do a lot of people in.

Orange juice has never bothered me in the past, but im not a big sausage eater so that may be what did me in. Crystal Light actually has aspartame in it, which I'm guessing also contributed. Sorbitol is my main enemy tho..i tolerate aspartame better than sorbitol. that stuff is ridiculous lol

I've done that; eaten something mild and then had diarrhea right afterwards. There are just some days it doesn't matter what I eat, I'm going to get the runs right afterwards. That's when I usually eat whatever I want because if everything is going to give me D, why not at least enjoy a little pizza versus plain white rice?
