You are definitely not alone! I have D every morning 3-4 times from when I get up through breakfast time. It is definitley my worst time of day. I take questran and am about to up the dose to 2 packets a day. Right now I am taking one in the morning and its not enough, so we're hoping one in the evening as well will help with the D in the morning. Also, how much dairy are you consuming in the evening and the morning? That could definitely be contributing to it as well. Let us know if you have any other questions about this...
