So sad.... I love meat and potatoes. I had no idea they should be a no-no.

Well, I do wonder about
that one since meat and potatoes has been a staple of Western diet since the 1600 or 1700's. And it's probably been around longer than that, although I'm no expert on Native American diet prior to the introduction of the white man. You'd think that if meat and potatoes didn't go well together, someone would have figured that out in the past 300-400 years. However, as we well know, what normal people can tolerate and what we can tolerate are two different things. Anything that helps, right?
