Hi there- sorry to hear you're feeling badly and hope you feel better soon.  Most people with IBS don't vomit, regularly anyway- though some of us do from the pain from cramping, etc.  A family friend of ours with celiac disease did however vomit on and off for years before she was properly diagnosed.  Please be sure you have an endoscopy as that is the most definitive test for celiac.  This same friend had a blood test and it came back negative for the disease yet her biopsy from the endo. came back positive and since she has been eating the celiac diet, she is 100% better.  Sorry also to hear of your stress. I hope this all works out- sounds (obviously!) like you're trying to get pregnant. I have seen the stress that that can put people through. be good to yourself and do your best to try and relax. It is hard.  Good luck to you.

Hi and welcome to HealingWell! :-)
Have you tried following a gluten free diet to see if that helps with the symptoms? What carell says is correct, being scoped is the most difinitive way to be diagnosed with Celiacs. However, if you cannot afford that, I hear Prometheus Labs is pretty accurate in diagnosing via blood tests. I had samples flown to their lab to check for IBD, Celiacs and Lactose Intolerance.
Best of luck to you... please take care and keep us posted.
