Hey guys
Thanks once again to Canyonbabe711 and Keriamon for replying. Thank you so much for leading me to what i might expect as an outcome. As for the endoscopy the specialist said everything looked good.
The reason what i asked if it was IBS is that i have been to multiple ER's with pains in my abdomen and they did bloods test and told me everything was ok. And then they said im in the IBS ball park figure. They asked me if i had mucus in the stools i said i noticed white like crystal stuff and they said thats mucus. I dont have blood because they checked that. I got diarrea once because i was constipated and decided to give it a shot but after that didnt get diarrea. I told them i burped a lot and that i would feel stuff coming up like vomit and then i would swallow it and thats all. So they gave me Nexium at first and then 2 months of pantaloc. So does that affect anything? I have stopped all medication in realisation that i was getting worse and i really had no choice to believe anything the doctors i was seeing. That is the reason i got a new GI specialist who finally said i needed a scope and ct abdominal scan and specific blood tests...hehe. Because he said a 23 year old male usually doesnt loose 14 pounds in 8 months.
I try activa as i read that it made a difference in your bowl movements. But should i buy soygurt instead?? And also should i try soy milk since i basically stopped everything cuz i was getting gas eating and drinking anything. Sorry hope you dont mind me asking silly questions because i dont know who else to turn to. I have to wait so long to see a specialist about a month and a half so i gotta cope in the mean time. And as it was suggested eating fatty foods... after an hour or so i have a bowl movement. That is after eating fatty type foods being lamb meat...mean.. or junk food. But there is an odor as i have a bowl movement and my stool is light skinny and long. And im always thirsty as well i feel dehydrated but when i take 2 sips of water i urinate 2 min later.
So i might be thinking its mal absorbtion syndrome as well because now im getting really stressed out.
But thank you so much to replying Canyonbabe711 and Keriamon

It might be a good idea to eliminate all dairy for awhile and see if that helps. When I was diagnosed that is the first thing the dr. took me off of. This is what I was told diet wise. No red meat, only chicken and fish, noodles, rice and mashed potatoes, no alcohol and no dairy. I use Almond milk for my cereal. I can now eat most anything but still get bloated with the dairy. I am not lactose intolerant. it is something else in the milk that does it for me. I can eat some cheese now and can have some wine and some red meat. I also take Acidophalous. It may take some time to figure it out don't get discouraged. Work on eliminating each serious disease. The CT scan hopefully will be abdominal and pelvic and should be with contrast to get best pictures. Too often you have to go back and do it again if they don't use contrast the first time. It sounds like they are on the right track. I assume they checked for all the different bacteria when they did the endo. On one of my tests they tested me for gluten allergy, not sure which one. What you felt coming up was acid or bile and the Nexium should have helped. Pantoloc is just a different kind of PPI. Some work better than others on different people. I would continue to take them and I would also see if you can cut down on the gas by taking either a gas pill right after you eat or Pepto. You may be getting spasms. It is such a difficult thing to diagnose and you only have IBS when they decide they can't find any other reason for you problems. If they still can't find anything else I would suggest they do the camera test. Talk to you Dr. about that after the other tests if they don't show anything.
