Hey guys thanks so much for responding.
Oh thanks for the info Keriamon. But you know i threw up the same day 8 times and went to the ER and they gave me Fleet to drink. But that is the only time that i have thrown up. And thats how it all started. And yes i did take a stool sample test they tested stool for blood and ova and parasites they told me i have no parasites. And yes since that day may 1st ive been constipated. Before may 1st i had a lot of stool coming out and there was a smell to it and that was a couple of months before may 1st lets say around march. But it didnt affect my eating at all and i didnt have gas at all just bloating. And when i had a bowl movement everything went away. I was also experiencing this wierd sensation on the left side of my abdomen but no pain. Then one day i went to a local clinic and the doctor put his hands deep into my left abdomen and i felt a lot of pain. Does that mean anything. Sorry hope im not bothering you its just that ive asked so many doctors and they told me its no big deal so im just worried now cuz im 103 lbs and i use to be 120lbs may 1st. I have not gotten diarrea at all only once when i drank a whole bottle of prune juice. lol big mistake. Also i had rice and goat meat today on an empty stomach after work i didnt eat for a whole day cuz i didnt want a gas outbreak or run to the bathroom for a bowlmovement after eating and after 30 minutes i had a bowl movement. Im also east indian so generally my food is always low in fat. So i dont know whats going on with me. Ive also been urinating a lota and my mouth has been dry all the time. Humm intestinal blockage ill look into it. Ill try to get the breath test. I have an abdominal CT scan tomorrow so ill let you know how it goes tomorrow.
Thanks Banje for your advice. the thing is i already cut out all canned food...all carbonated drinks..alcohol...all coffee...even milk....and all fructose juices and fast food. The thing is i wake up have a banana in the morning and i have a bowl movement as well. I drink water i urinate i dont know whats going.
Oh congrats on your doctor. I had potatoes as i read this is a safe ibs food with rice and i had a bowl movement. So now i just dont know.
Well thanks again for replying and keep me posted in any new news with you guys.

Bananas can be constipating, so you might want to avoid them when you're having problems. A high fiber fruit, like dates or prunes or figs might work with you instead of against you.

Constipation can definitely be caused by bacteria problems. And stinky gas and stools can also be a sign. Definitely try some yogurt or probiotic pills to see if they help you any.

Also, too little fat in your diet can also cause constipation. You might try adding in some good fats to see if that helps. These include nuts and dairy products (if you can tolerate dairy). Also olive oil (put it on your garlic nan!).

Make sure you drink plenty of fluids since you have a dry mouth and frequent urination. I've heard this is recommended for people with urinary tract infections to help them flush the infection out, so it may help you, even if you don't have a UTI. It's also helpful for people with constipation. 8 8oz glasses of water should be your MINIMUM consumption every day; you really should try getting in more. Also, make sure no medicines you're on list dry mouth as a side affect. Sometimes even medicines we've been on for a while can suddenly start causing us problems. Also stop taking any vitamins that you are on, unless there were prescribed by a doctor (like iron for anemia).
