Please don't try and cover up your farts on a plane by lighting a match!  I think perhaps a little spritz of light perfume would be better.

Sorry, I don't agree with the perfume. I was 6 months pregnant and on a flight when some inconsiderate woman sprayed perfume. I almost threw up on the guy sitting next to me it was so overpowering. Do not spray perfume on a plane with recirculated air, the smell really lingers and is quite offensive to some.

Of course, some would say a stinky fart is also nausea-inducing. I guess there's no way to win, except to go into the lavatory and shut the door everytime you need to break wind.

Please no perfume. Breathing is hard enough. I would rather breathe a fart then perfume as at least it disapates in the air whereas the perfume stays on the clothes. Of course lighting a match is a no-no.
