There are all sorts of fiber regimens out there... you need to keep trying until you find one that works for you. I've tried Citrucel, which I absolutely despised. It gave me D and gas, and I thought I was going to explode. Metamucil is great for me... I pop 1 or 2 pills every couple days. I've also tried Psyllium and that was good too. I have heard lots of people talk about
Benefiber... Haven't tried it yet though.
