After 7 weeks of "D", I'm finally starting to feel better. I have been eating more soluble fiber and no junk, taking probiotics, peppermint capsules and drinking fennet tea and gatorade. The big news is that I actually passed gas tonight without having an accident!!!!!!!!!!!! I haven't been able to do that in a long time.
