well i went back to the doctor today and he said we could try taking a digestive enzyme and he told me to try Creon.. i have never heard anything about this medicine... please let me know... i am suffering from bile salts diarrehha.

Any update on this... Did you try the Creon?
Sorry no one answered your post, I guess most (in not all) of us haven't heard of Creon.

A quick Google search reveals that Creon is a widely used pancreatic enzyme used as an aid for digestion. Here is some more info about it:

If you have bile salts diarrhea, you can ask for Welchol (you'll have to settle for Questran in a lot of places outside of the US); that absorbs excess bile that causes D. I've been on it 3 years now and love it. I got my m-i-l turned onto it too and she says she's almost like a normal person again (still a few things she can't eat, but before she couldn't take a bite of ANYTHING without getting D).
