I havent been on in a couple of months but Ive been suffering from IBS for 16 yrs or more. from the c way.
anyway I have been eating the activia yogurts and buying lactoce intolerance milk and all other dairy products.
and laying off sweets. only eating chicken, fish, some pork, shrimp, salmon, eating low fat stuff. hardly any bread If I do its wheat.
and Ive been having normal bms no pain. as long as I stay a way from junk food chips ect. I havent been eating potatoes . noodles are ok with me.
So I think If anyone can change your diet. It helped me. maybe it will help you. Ive allso been drinking lots of water and going for walks. seems to help my belly for some odd reason.

Hi caregirl,
Thank you for sharing your success story. It is so important to share the bad and the GOOD... When we reach out and tell our experiences they can help so many people.
Here's to feeling better and staying that way!
