Has anyone had any success with taking a digestive enzyme? I've been researching them and wonder if they might help with the diarrhea associated with IBS?

I take Digest made by Enzymatica, and it's got a ton of stuff in it... I take it more for gas/bloating than anything, but it definitely helps my stomach/bowels stay calmer when i eat something that i know is probably going to trigger me. (Unfortunately, I didn't take any today, and ate a bunch of bad stuff, and i'm paying for it now)
Give it a try - you never know what might help.
