Have you tried Miralax? It is now available OTC. It takes a few days to work but if it does work for you, its great. Everyone is different and some things that work for you may not work for others. I think its great that they made it OTC though for people that don't have insurance to visit the doctor. Also make sure you are drinking plenty of water, especially as it gets hotter so you don't dehydrate which is an
open invitation to make constipation worse.
