I hear ya, Cathy! I did the same thing. I did, however, double up on my probiotics... I think it helped because I'm not too bad today.
You know what I think it is? The sausage. I find that because of how processed sausages are, and also the skin on sausages, it causes trouble. I couldn't resist though, I was all over the Cheddar Wurst yesterday. Yummy!
I do also think the combination of all the grease and fat doesn't help either. You don't normally eat like that so your body's not used to it. I say load up on tea. I find that after I indulge and I'm nauseous beyond belief, it helps to drink tea. My favorite is fresh mint tea, but I also like chamomile and lemon grass. If you can handle ginger tea it might be the best for you right now.
I guess by now your CT scan is over... How'd it go? Were you able to make it without having to run to the restroom?
