hi all

I have constant diaherria, everyday i run loose.

I sit a few good minutes on a good movement, and off I go. that is a good day

a bad day is everytime I eat and the last bite goes in my mouth about 10 munites later it is out the rear? 10 minutes all gone if it is worse than that 30 minutes cleans me out.

unexpected

30 minutes of  sitting down  pain of pressure and relief all gone.

I know my situations. and can tolerat them. but there must be something I can do

My diet has changed many times good and bad?

1 I eat a danish pecan  and a large hot tea every mourning. I like it , and it likes me? that is when I am work.  when at home I have a bagel, and cream cheese and tea?

everything I mentioned  above is bad?

lunch I skip, not good to do but i feel better not eating.

2 dinner I have  always a sweat patatoe, and if chicken, most the time it is brioled? salmon, and some brocoli, aand a small salid. lettuce tomatoe and dresing  honey mustard.

I cannot eat fruit no more , i can occasionaly have a bannana. maybe grab an orange, or an apple once or twice a year.

I wonder if a nutritionist , will be  helpful, a gastro, doc and doing the tests over all over again. what I do not understand , a lower gi may be of great discomfort, in preperation, why does  the doc need to proforn this test, and then after that test he or she cannot diagnose a solution?

reason I ask when I visited my last doc every person who went in had to take this test. and when I went in  I was  also told i felt like this was a day  they were selling or giving them away LOL?

thank in advanc  for  your suggestions and opinions

I suffer with prodominately constipation however I did at one point suffer from the diarrhea type of IBS so I know how it feels when you don't feel like eating because of fear of having an episode.
