That's great that you figured out at least two triggers. It might take a few days of food-journaling so you can begin to notice more patterns. Is it watery or just loose stools? How many times a day do you go? Are you on any medications? Any history of recent travel? Have you lost weight? These would be important questions to ask your doctor if you end up going in for a visit. In the meantime, try an even blander diet (bananas, rice, dry toast, plenty of fluids like Gatorade)...this might help you out in the meantime!
