Having a lot of bladder control problems

I did not see an incontinence forum.  Most of my bladder control problems are due to immobility issues.  Does anybody have any suggestions besides the kegels.  Thanks

Hey Joan! I am sorry to hear about your incontinence issues. Have you seen your doctor about this issue? I remember when I was really young, I had some similiar problems and they put me on some medicine (can't remember what) and it seemed to help a lot. And medicine has come along way, I am sure there is a variety of options now a days! I hope this get better for you!!!

I also have a weak bladder do to all the stones and obstructions over the years. I was told kegals are the only thing you can do to strenghen the muscles. I don't see much change but I also take bladder spasm medication that helps some.

Kidney Diseases and Disorders
39 yr young female with,
Chronic Kidney Stones, PKD (Polycystic Kidney Disease), Chronic Kidney Failure, Severe Hypertension, Urological RSD

Also CHF (Congestive Heart Failure) and Sleep Apnea
