So here's what's going on: On a normal basis, with normal water consumption, my urine stream is medium-weak to medium, After sitting in the car a while, I can hardly urinate at all, but after i've recently ejaculated, it comes out like a fire hose. I'm not terribly concerned, but I've been like this for a few years (years in which I've noticed). I just turned 26. Any thoughts?

PS, I've been trying to drink more water, and I find it a little better, but still not optimal. confused

JPD,

Hello, its nice to meet you. I was wondering if this is causing any discomfort, pain or burning? Have you ever been seen by a Urologist (which specializes in bladder issues)? I would recommend that you see a Urologist to answer the questions that your concerned about. Oherwise you are probably going to think about it in the back of your mind, & be stressed in regards to it.

I am currently seeing my third Uro-gynecologist. I am presently diagnosed with Pelvic & Bladder Trauma & Dysfunction. I just started Biofeedback therapy today. I had my first bladder lift w/mesh to hold the bladder in place in 2004 during my abdominal hysterectomy. Only lasted 5-years & then my colon tore thru the vaginal wall & the colon + bladder literally fell out of my body both together thru the vagina. It caused so much damage to my insides. So, in 2009 I had to have it all repaired, lifted & put into place by tons of mesh. Vaginal vault lift, 2-rectoceles, 2-enteroceles.

This May 2011 I had to have a ileostomy done. Anywaz, enough of me, sorry. Pleez keep us informed if you see a specialist that can answer your questions.

15-surgeries (various areas of body) & 2 more to go this year.
